cancelation policY
Canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours’ notice of your scheduled appointment may subject you to a minimum 50% fee. Color deposits will be forfeited and may require deposits for additional appointments until I see fit.
Same day cancellations and no shows are subject to 100% fee and will require a pre-payment for future appointments. If you no show more than once, you will no longer be able to book appointments.
If you are 15 minutes late, you may be subject to a $15 fee. If you are 16+ minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no show and you are subject to a 100% fee.
COVID POLICY
A mask must be worn at all times in the suite. No masks with ties around the head, only looped around the ears.
If you have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 or have symptoms, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. If you have tested negative, but someone you live with/have seen is still testing positive, please reschedule your appointment. Once you both test negative, you are welcome in the salon. Please do not put me, my family or my clients at risk.
If you disregard my comfort level or safety (along with my clients and those that we care about), you are no longer welcome in the salon.
