First Visit sessions

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you and your hair. To ensure a thorough consultation and the best possible experience, new guest sessions are booked with extra time and come at a slightly higher price point. After your first visit, you’ll be able to book regular sessions as an existing guest.

Every new guest session includes a relaxing shampoo experience, a customized haircut tailored to you, personalized styling guidance and expert product recommendations.

If your hair is extra thick or falls past mid-back, be sure to select extra time when booking to ensure we have enough time to achieve your ideal look.

All pricing is genderless, ageless and non-discriminatory. Jackie Young is committed to anti-racist, queer affirming and all-inclusive practices. Guests of any race, identity, sexuality, gender or physical attributes are welcome and respected.

Prices are subject to change with above average use of product or time. You will be aware of the price you will be paying prior to the service being performed.

Online booking is only available 60 days out from today’s date. Weekends and evenings are typically fully booked 4-5 weeks in advance. Daytime color appointments are typically booked out 2-3 weeks in advance.

This service is for short hairstyles like fades, crops, or pixie cuts, helping to keep them sharp and well-maintained. Whether you want a classic style or something with a bit of edge, this is all about keeping your look polished.

This service does not include major style changes like mullets, large buzzed sections (undercuts), or dramatic transformations.

The Revive.

For maintaining your current style.

This service is a trim to clean up and refine your current haircut, whether it's long, mid-length, or a mullet. It helps you maintain your style while keeping it fresh and polished.

This is not for you if you're looking for a major change, like transforming a standard cut into a mullet or shag.

This service is for big changes—cutting off 4+ inches, going from long to short, or completely reshaping your haircut. It’s perfect if you’re ready for a bold, fresh look with intentional styling.

Need to revive your color without making any big changes? This service is perfect for covering greys, refreshing your ends or adding a gloss to keep your color vibrant between lightening services.

  • Note: The guest pictured has a previous lightening service. We alternate between The Maintain and The Refresh depending if we need to lighten.

Note: This service is only available for guests that maintain their color every 4-6 weeks.

My wedding services are designed to make sure you feel absolutely incredible on your big day. To ensure everything is just right, a trial is required before the wedding, so we can perfect your look and make the day as stress-free as possible.
